Our client is a professional services recruitment business which has been established within the UK for many years. With an annual turnover in excess of £150m, they have an excellent brand and provide an autonomous, professional environment for employees.
They are looking to appoint a Managing Consultant to lead and drive the Call Centre Division. Managing a small team initially you will: concentrate on developing business within the local market; will lead from the front; make expert business decisions; oversee the day to day management of a small team.
The team will need to be grown, developed, supervised, trained and will require a motivated, disciplined and driven leader. This will be a hands-on role where you will be expected to sell, attend visits, create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring.
You will be mentored and coached so that you can develop into a Divisional Manager where you will have full P&L responsibility and will eventually run the division as if it is your own business.
The role will suit a hungry, ambitious and experienced recruitment professional who is looking for a challenge to include ownership which will ultimately lead to a much bigger role. If you currently run a desk within a professional recruitment sector and are considering a step into a managerial role, then this may be the role for you.
Previous experience within a focused recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving licence.
