Looking for a Person as a Manager who holds a social sector background

Duties:

- Develop and implement care plans for residents based on their individual needs and preferences

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the care team to ensure high-quality care is provided

- Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, fostering a positive and encouraging work environment

- Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and protocols

- Manage and maintain accurate resident records, including medical histories, care plans, and progress notes

- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for residents

- Provide hands-on care as needed, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene

- Monitor residents health status and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to senior care and assisted living

- Compliance Maintainers and dealing with CQC policies and procedures

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of care planning principles and practices

- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team of caregivers

- Experience in senior care , preferably in an assisted living setting

- Proficiency in medication administration and adherence to safety protocols

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

- Had a sound knowledge and dealing with CQC updating process , policies, regulations and procedures.
