Your New Company

A Yorkshire based charity that provides specialist care and support to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Their aim is to provide person centred support that promotes an ethos of caring, participation, learning and involvement for people with disabilities.

Your New Role

You will be a manager overseeing 2 supported living services within the Harrogate area. As the manager you will be developing and maintaining positive and effective relationships with families, local authorities and others. You will ensure support/risk assessments are maintained and adhered to and take responsibility for the learning and development of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

Candidates for this role will preferably hold a minimum NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. You must have experience supporting people with learning disabilities and managing a staff team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience deputy manager, looking to developing into a regional role.
