Manager- About The Role
Our client is an established, highly successful Chartered Accountancy Firm with a diverse client base that ranges from OMB’s through SME, larger limited companies, Individuals including HNWI and Not for Profit Organisations.
They are able therefore to be able to utilise Qualified Accountants from a Practice background within a broad range of disciplines.
This role could utilise your experience in Audit, Business Service or Tax. Alternatively, you could come from a General Practice background.
It is anticipated you will have existing experience of managing clients and junior team members.
As the Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and act as their primary point of contact.
You will allocate and budget work and review they work of more junior members.
You will undertake more complex work yourself and support the Partners in Ad Hoc project works such as acquisitions, funding projects and tax planning.
You will work closely with the Partner to ensure the highest levels of service to the Firm’s clients and the best support and mentoring to the team.

* An accountancy Qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
* Previous experience of managing or supervision staff.
* Exposure to direct client contact.
