Deputy Regional Manager – Trade Association – London Region
- To £36,000 per annum plus car and benefits
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the UK’s largest trade association?
If so you could join the ECA’s regional management team as a Deputy Regional Manager representing the organisation in London.
You would report to the Regional Manager and be responsible for providing support and guidance to existing member businesses, backed up by various subject matter experts in the organisation’s head office. You’d also be kept busy seeking out and encouraging suitable businesses to join, and developing relationships with organisations that specify work for member businesses, so a degree of natural sales expertise is required, as well as experience of working with local media and business networking groups.
This is a demanding role, so your track record in account or customer management and/or sales background must be impressive. What you’re good at is more important than where you achieved it - however knowledge of how the supply chain operates within the building engineering or construction industry, and its associated challenges, would be a distinct advantage. Ideally you’ll also have had exposure to trade associations or member driven organisations. We will be looking for leadership potential and a desire to accept responsibility.
You’ll need to be:
- a natural networker - you will be exceptional at building strong relationships
- organised, proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a confident communicator
- prepared to travel and have a flexible approach to working hours
- educated to a minimum of A Level or equivalent.
