This bank is a dynamic and diverse place to work. They are changing from the inside out to become a bank people can believe in. And by people, they mean their employees as well as their customers.
They’re a medium size bank, but that doesn’t mean you’re just a number when you work there. They’re organised enough to have small teams focussed on one big initiative. Whether analysing data, developing an app or, lending money, everyone is focussed on the customers.
In each team you’ll find leaders who focus as much on people as they do on function. Anyone who is responsible for managing people is called a people leader, not a manager. That shows their commitment and focus on the development and engagement of the people who work there.
You’ll find a mix of age, race and gender, where everyone has an opportunity to reach their potential. You’ll find a culture of openness, positivity and respect where everyone has a voice.
They are looking for the best experienced people as well as graduates. They will match your energy and enthusiasm with empowerment so that together you can build a culture that break the conventions of what customers and employees expect of a bank.
