Job description:

We as a Talent Acquisition Team aim to provide our stakeholders with the very best talent in the market place by ensuring the right Candidates are identified, sourced and approached in creative and innovative ways when required.


The Manager of Talent Acquisition will be leading and driving our Resourcing Strategy for a defined area that will recruit talent to support the objectives and growth of TJX Europe business. This will include building and maintaining strong relationships with Department Heads and HR Business Partners to understand the complexities of their business and resourcing needs as well as developing & implementing robust solutions to meet these needs for current and future state.


Key Responsibilities



  • Partner with the relevant HR Business Partners to proactively identify future acquisition needs.
  • Coach, advise and consult with Department or Functional Heads and senior HR Business Partners to future plan activity in a particular area. Create strategies to meet required need.
  • Work closely with Manager of Channel Strategy to determine the appropriate channel/media strategy to create required campaigns, maximise brand awareness and drive advert response.
  • Lead functional teams of business facing Talent Acquisition Managers and Senior Specialists across different countries and/or functions if required.
  • Lead or supports specific mid/ long term Talent Acquisition projects and participates in wider HR and business projects if required.
  • Contribute to the development & implementation of Talent Acquisition KPIs and wider strategy
  • Oversee and control the appropriate budget to achieve objectives.

Requirements



  • Able to demonstrate a passion for Talent Acquisition and proven experience in developing and delivering best in class recruitment solutions.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with senior Business Partners
  • Demonstrates great leadership and management skills to achieve challenging results through teamwork.
  • Experience of dealing with resourcing agencies, advertising agencies and negotiating terms of business.
  • Knowledge of assessment  and competency testing techniques
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans to a high level
  • Experience in delivering team or individual projects when required alongside day to day tasks
  • Able to travel within Europe with overnight stopovers when required
  • Proven experience in managing budgets in excess of £200,000
  • Additional European language capability is an advantage
