Position: Management Systems & Compliance Administrator

Salary: £17,000 - £18,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a vibrant business in Leeds who are seeking a Management Systems & Compliance Administrator to join their Information Management Team.
This opportunity may suit an individual with existing ISO experience however if you have a dazzling smile, you are a logical thinker with an excellent eye for detail, fear not! We are happy to entertain applications from lesser experienced recent University Graduates or similarly qualified College leavers who have a genuine interest in forging a career within the field of administration... With a difference!
Whilst the business is a leader within its field, boasting five offices nationally with plans afoot to open a sixth in the UK and its first overseas in the coming months, uniquely the Information Management Team in Leeds comprises a team of two. Due to growth the addition of a third member will support the team in supporting the company in their bid to streamline processes, examine and forge reports detailing the company carbon footprint, recommendations for improvements and energy report findings that can be fed to boardroom level.
The team is a tight unit who combine a strong work ethic alongside office humour therefore an individual who is easy going, able to forge close relations with clients and colleagues respectively is vital to the overall success.

- A genuine interest to forge a career within an administrative capacity
- Ideally experience within a Quality role however this is merely desirable
- The ability to lead a conversation

- A founding knowledge of Carbon Footprints, Energy, Documentation, Processes (or similar)
- Analytical/logical thinker
- Office/Admin experience (desirable)

- 20 days’ holiday increasing by one day for each full year with the company up to 25 days
