Management L5 Trainer - Regional - £30k
Management Assessors needed in Midlands/West Midlands!
I am recruiting for a Management Tutor Assessor, to support on Level 5, ILM and CMI accredited programmes, and in particular on apprenticeships.
You would be working on a full time, permanent basis, for a training provider that creates bespoke, impactful, and sustainable development solutions, whose clients include that from engineering, manufacturing, aviation and finance.
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 p.a (+ expenses)
Based remotely, you would manage your own diary accordingly, providing that clients and learners needs are met. Primarily, you’ll be responsible for supporting delegates on Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications, including apprenticeships. Your core clients would be based across the Midlands and West Midlands, though flexibility to travel further afield on occasion will be required, and your caseload size will be that of approx. 35-40 learners.
- Management or HR qualification minimum Level 3
- Experience in delivering Management qualifications on the new standards (MUST HAVE)
- Verifiable occupational competency in Management
- Assessors qualification (A1/D32/D33/TAQA/CAVA)
- Full UK driving License and willingness to travel
- Five weeks holiday pro rata plus bank hols
- 3% Pension contribution
- Broadband, phone, and laptop
- Mileage 45p per mile
