9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (possible flexible working hours) plus great benefits

Management Information co-ordinator required for our well-established client. You will need to have MI Processing experience good Excel skills including working knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP, COUTIF to work within the IT department of a busy company. Management Information Co-Ordinator

Job Purpose - To provide weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to senior management; to oversee automated reporting systems.

Key Tasks/Areas

Overseeing/completion of weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports and their distribution lists, for both internal and external clients;

Overseeing the existing automated reporting systems and making any changes or improvements as required;

Data manipulation using Excel 2010 and Crystal Reports;

Ensuring all data required for reporting purposes is up to date and accurate;

Any other reporting/tasks consistent with the role;

Any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Management Information

Essential Skills

Good Excel skills (including working knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP, COUNTIF);

Problem solving ability; Keyboard skills;

Capable of working under own initiative and as part of a team environment;

Good time management and organizational skills;

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Desirable Skills

Experience of producing easy to read, business critical reports for senior management;

Basic Knowledge of Programming;

Experience of Crystal Reports or similar reporting software.

An accountancy qualification.
