Macmillan Davies are thrilled to be working with their client on a retained basis to find a Management Development Trainer to join their amazing team based in Stoke. As a key member of the HR function, you will be responsible for delivering against the full talent management process overseeing the full talent cycle and associated management development. The role may require occasional travel to our Scotland branch. You will need to be available to start the role in February.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
*Creation and development of annual training plans based on individual development plans, prioritised and fully budgeted updated with half yearly reviews.
*Acting as internal consultant for Heads of Departments in terms of team and individual development requirements.
*Developing succession plans and working with the Head of HR on retention plans and tailored individual development programmes within budget.
*Supporting the Vision and Values in terms of cultural development and embedding of our values and what this means for the business.
*Supporting with the annual engagement survey, quarterly pulse surveys and follow up programmes/actions.
*Supporting the Head of HR with defining career pathways and progression.
*Creation of clear processes within the business regarding training provision, how to access training etc.
*Support for Continued Professional Development both individually and in support of the business.
*The retention of robust training records.
*Delivery of management development programmes as well as designing programmes and working with 3rd party training providers as required.
*Support, development and delivery of the induction programme.
