Management Assistant/PA

Our client is part of a global manufacturing business, currently experiencing a high level of growth and development in the UK.

As part of their ongoing plans they are seeking a Management Assistant to support the Senior Commercial Managers providing PA, administration and project support.


  • Managing Diaries and Setting Meeting Dates
  • General Admin duties
  • Booking complex travel, meetings, hotels and dinners
  • Assistance in the creation of presentations
  • Minute taking and distribution
  • Collation and despatch of agendas, papers and reports
  • Build a relationship with external customers and contractors
  • Collect, check, assess, process and register data/information in relation to the CRM system
  • Collation of expense receipts and reports
  • Using Excel/PowerPoint/SAP to create monthly management presentations and reports
  • Some travel in the UK involved to support Management Meetings, Exhibitions and customer visits etc together with possible overseas travel as and when required


  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent grade C or above
  • Substantial and recent PA/secretariat experience at a management/senior level
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels


37½ hours per week Monday to Friday

Up to £27K depending on experience, skill and technical expertise
