Are you a Management Assessor looking for an exciting new challenge? As an experienced Management Assessor you will be joining a prestigious, national training provider to support with their levy employer apprenticeship delivery of new standards qualifications including:
*Operations/Department Manager Level 5
*Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3
*Customer Service Level 2
The right candidate will have an innovative, holistic assessment style that enables learners to develop within their roles through quality, inspirational, bespoke assessment and coaching that ensures learners demonstrate the competencies and behaviours required to fulfil the apprenticeship standards and successfully completed end point assessment at the end of the programme, and most importantly, become more effective managers over the duration of the programme. The right candidate will also demonstrate the ability to write effective assessment plans to demonstrate how the plan to capture the evidence over the duration of the programme.
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant, recent occupational competency for the role. The ideal candidate will boast Management experience within the last 5 years.
Availability to travel is essential.
The ideal candidate would hold qualifications assessment and verification A1, V1, TAQA3, TAQA4. Training provided for the right candidate.
