Joining our family on our Managing a Team Apprenticeship, you’ll learn how to run a store your way. Our Managers have plenty of freedom to craft the success of their branches, which means you’ll be involved in everything from sales strategies and team performance to building strong and lasting relationships with customers.
This is a programme that will put you firmly on the path to management and beyond. You’ll join one of our 21+ leading businesses as an Apprentice Assistant Manager and be given all of the tools and support you need to develop great leadership skills. To ensure you realise your full potential, we’ll provide the freedom for you to put your learning into practice and add real value to our business.
The programme starts in January and for the best chance of securing yourself a place on a fantastic career journey, you’ll need to be someone who:
Can build relationships with a wide variety of people
Can inspire a team to perform as one
Knows what great customer service looks like - and how to provide it
Has the dedication to get things done
Loves to learn, develop and expand their expertise
Holds a full UK driving licence, or is mobile to travel to different sites
Has achieved 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above, or equivalent
