Do you hold a full or part ACCA/ CIMA qualification or equivalent?
We currently working in partnership with a growing organisation in the Bournemouth area who are seeking a Management Accountant to join their growing and evolving finance team.
You will be required to offer support to the Financial Controller and the rest of team. The role requires someone who is able to implement new processes and procedures and analyse the business making suggestions and improvements where necessary.
The successful candidate must confident in their position as there is a lot of talk to internal stakeholders at various levels. You must confident to discuss budgets and costs and able to break things into detail.
It is highly desired that the successful candidate is fully qualified or part qualified in ACCA/ CIMA.
Role responsibilities and requirements:
*An analytical ability to look at contract accounts, and see where the improvements to cost or work flow can be improved.
*Be willing to implement new processes and procedures.
*Managing statutory accounts and tax pack info.
*Oversee cash flow and monthly reconciliations.
*Strong / advanced excel skills
*Be part of a new project for the rolling out of a new ERP system.
*Liaising with banks and auditors.
*Experience with payroll is desirable as well as sage
