Our client, a highly successful manufacturing FMCG business, based between Brigg and Grimsby in Lincolnshire, is looking to recruit to the job of Management Accountant.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include; the production of management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, the monitoring and control of key costs including labour and BOM analysis, monthly cost centre reporting, process/systems improvements, reconciliation of stock movements, period end accruals and balance sheets reconciliations. Key to this role will be your ability to work closely with Operations and to articulate complex issues in simple terms.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be Qualified or Part Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) and actively studying towards qualification. In addition you must have strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities and be highly IT literate.
