Managed Service Engineer - 2nd Line

I am currently representing a fast-growing tech start up service provider in the London region that is going through extreme growth across the support division. They serve over 5000 users and hundreds of customers globally. The product range they provide covers Cloud, Security & Helpdesk.

As a 3rd line engineer you will be responsible for providing top tier support to complex issues for the key customers. Your role will involve some design and project work (build, changes and configuration)

Excellent opportunity to join and develop very quickly.
