Managed Payroll Services Sales Executive
Location independent, home-based.
We are seeking a Sales Executive to spearhead our Managed Payroll Services activities. We’re looking for someone with HR and payroll outsourcing experience and someone who is eager to work with a company that brings an exciting new solution to the HCM and Payroll Services sector.
My client is deeply invested over many years in providing excellence in HCM and payroll services with many unique offerings. The company is going from strength to strength, both in terms of revenue as well as innovation and this is a chance to be at the forefront of a unique go to market opportunity with lots of potential for growth.
Essential Criteria for the Managed Payroll Services Sales Executive
- We are interested in talking to Sales Executives with 1 or 2 years sales experience selling Payroll Outsourcing/Managed Services to new customers in the UK
- You would have sold payroll as an outsourced, bureau or managed service from providers such as ADP, Moorepay, Northgate, SDWorx, Trace or other outsourced payroll providers
- Ability to talk about full lifecycle HR and payroll processes
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship skills
- Ability to develop and close 3-5 year deals to maximise revenue generation from qualification to close
- Ability to achieve targets and thrive in an environment that rewards effort
- Prepared for travel across the UK
- Experience with Salesforce.com as a platform
- Able to sell the benefits of a cloud-based solution
- Understanding of HR BPO
