Maintenance Technician (Ref.JO2801)
Salary circa 32k + overtime
Full-time Hours (shifts including days/nights etc. and approx. 2 weekends a month)
We represent an extremely successful and expanding Manufacturing Facility with a client portfolio that stretches worldwide. They produce bespoke and innovative products for clients across many sectors.
They wish to make a key appointment in the coming weeks and invite applications from suitably experienced candidates
The Maintenance Technician is required to support the maximisation of equipment uptime within the production area. The ability to analyse the reason for equipment failure, diagnose the root cause and implement solutions is critical to the role
Candidate should have substantial experience (ideally 5yearsâ€™ +) in an Electrical or Mechanical maintenance role, in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should have completed a recognised apprenticeship or hold a formal qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Preference will be given to those applicants who can demonstrate relevant experience in a multi shift operation.
The ability to work individually on oneâ€™s own initiative or as part of a team is essential.
