We are looking for talented Maintenance Technicians to join our Premium Rental Accommodation residence teams.

As Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for providing high standard repairs and maintenance tasks across the building(s), gardens and grounds, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, fully functioning and well maintained place to live. Day to day, you will inspect and diagnose faults and repairs, carry out minor repairs and liaise with contractors for bigger projects, as well as ensuring we maintain overall appearance of building(s), grounds and equipment through regular maintenance and decoration. You will also be expected to be call for out of hours emergencies.
As the successful candidate, you’ll be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role; undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment along with a relevant multi-skilled trade background (e.g. building, plumbing, electric or carpentry). A plumbing specialism would be ideal, an NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate sufficient to be a member of the CIPHE is desirable.
You’ll also need to demonstrate you have a strong understanding of risk assessments, preventative maintenance systems and the ability to support the Property Manager to meet our obligations to operate a safe building. You’ll be someone who takes pride in the work you do - you’ll also be proactive and be able to work on your own with the aptitude to determine the most cost effective solutions to repairs without sacrificing on quality.
