Day-based Reactive & Preventative Maintenance with a continuous improvement focus to facilitate effective & efficient continuity of product supply.
One of the site’s electrical duty holders, with responsibility for maintaining compliance with legislation and GMP requirements.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Apprentice trained electrician
Minimum C&G Requirements for Electrical Installations. IET Wiring Regulations 17th edition C&G
Level 1 and 2 in requirements for Electrical Installation (Theory & principles) High competence in workshop skills
3 to 5 years’ experience in a multi-variety, high volume production environment Promotes safe working, ability to risk assess activities to consider the safety of themselves and
those around them (H&S qualification beneficial)
Comfortable working on own initiative, tenacious with strong ability to prioritise multiple tasks, competing deadlines and demands for work
Extremely organised and logical with an open and analytical approach to problem solving - ability to
challenge the status-quo
Strong communication skills, including an appetite and ability to train others
Team player, with the capability to create, maintain and enhance positive and open working
Exemplary personal principles around honesty, time-keeping, and finished work standards
High level of attention to detail and ability to communicate with data and facts
Proactive and Flexible, keen to learn and develop
