Maintenance Technician (Electrical/ Engineer)
Days role including weekends averaging 37.5 hours a week, 8.30am to 4.30pm
Circa £37,000 inclusive of call out.
Maintenance Technician required for a well established local business. This is a great opportunity for a maintenance technician looking to work a days based role in a company that can offer generous overtime opportunities to the right individual.
The successful candidate will be electrically biased and ideally hold a formal engineering qualification (NVQ or equivalent). You will have experience of motors, 3 phase and electrical fault finding and you will come from any engineering, manufacturing or industrial background. Electrically qualified ex forces candidates are encouraged to apply.
Your role involve carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on site. Your work will primarily be electrical working on a variety of electrically operated cranes, tools and plant. You will also be involved with the service and repair of fleet vehicles on site. In this role you will take part in a weekend call out rota which is paid at premium rates.
The company are well established in the area and serve a variety of customers in Wales, the South West and the Midlands.
* Reactive and planned maintenance of plant on site.

The Maintenance Technician:
* Electrically biased engineer.
* Holds a formal engineering qualification.
* Experience of 3 phase, motors and electrical fault finding.
* Experience in ANY engineering, industrial, manufacturing or ex forces background.
* Flexible to work a call out rota.
