Maintenance Team Leader

An opportunity has arisen for Maintenance Team Leader, due to shift changes and growth, to work for a company that manufacture wood products in a fast paced production environment. The Maintenance Team Leader will report into the Engineering Manager and will provide hands on support to 4 maintenance engineers within their team

Working hours: Continental shifts, working 12 hours Monday-Sunday (42 hour weeks on average)

Maintenance Team Leader Duties and Responsibilities Include:

*Support Maintenance engineers within team
*Hands on, pro-actively assisting to breakdowns and Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) of plant, machinery and equipment
*Provide Continuous Improvement (CI) ideas to Engineering Manager with the view to improve production from a maintenance perspective or reduce costs.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

*Electrical Biased would be a preference
*Recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
*Experience of working as a Maintenance Team Leader in a fast paced production environment previously
