A national provider of student accommodation is seeking an Full time Maintenance Person with customer facing experience to join its team in Manchester. Working Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
With the team, you will ensure that the residence runs efficiently and cost effectively in line with company policies and procedures in addition you will be the first point of contact for all matters related to the Residence.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will have responsibility for assisting the General Manager and the team in the management of all maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring that a high standard of customer service and maintenance support is provided at all times in order to maximise occupancy and income generation for the residence.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role you will be 17th edition qualified and be a good communicator with a strong client focus and a flexible and resilient attitude.
A strong ability to problem solve, multi-task, plan and organise. Good client facing and customer service skills. Basic computer skills Ability to work without constant supervision
Strong confident manner.
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £22,550 with a benefits package that includes a performance related bonus, 33 days annual leave pension, parking, life assurance plus more.
