Maintenance Operative

Well known leading, multidisciplinary higher education institute are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative in London

Your new role
Your new role will consist of diagnosing faults, using BMS, drawings and manuals. Responding to breakdowns, faults and service request calls and completing repairs and remedial work. There are currently below roles available:

4 on 4 off shift pattern - Pipe Fitter (Heating and Ventilation systems)
4 on 4 off shift pattern - Electrician/Electrical Engineer
4 on 4 off shift pattern - Plumber/Plumbing Engineer
Mon-Fri Days only - Pipe Fitter (Heating and Ventilation systems)

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to have previous experience in a similar role and hold a relevant trade qualification. Previous experience working within educational or NHS backgrounds would be an advantage.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £32,000 inclusive of 15% shift allowance.
