Maintenance Manager

Your new company
You will be working for a respectable housing association who specialises in helping homeless and vulnerable through a wide range of residential and non-residential services.
They only operate in the borough of Sutton and have established a strong foothold here.

Your new role
As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for Managing all functions within the Maintenance Department ensuring that the property is maintained and kept in a high state of repair at all times. You will also supervise the Property Service Officer in the delivery of the social's health and safety responsibilities. Standard hours are 35 a week between Monday - Friday, however the occasional evening and weekend hours to cover.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an Maintenance Manager who has worked in a similar environment within Social Housing.
You will have a practical background with experience in managing a responsive repair service, managing agents / contractors and knowledge relating to property management, Health & Safety and Housing.

What you'll get in return
Pay is between £20.00 - £22.50 per hour depending on experience.
