Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias required for a growing and secure company. The role will suit those looking for a career in maintenance, offering both on and off the job training.
To apply for the role, Maintenance Engineers can come from ANY engineering background. Applicants don’t need to have experience in manufacturing to apply, the key requirements are mechanical fault finding skills. For example plant engineers, ex-forces candidates, automotive technicians etc. will all be suited. Candidates must be happy working a rotating days and night shift.
The role is primarily mechanical with some basic electrical fault finding. Approximately 80% of the role is mechanical with 20% electrical. You’ll be part of a team of Maintenance Engineers covering the plant adhering to H&S at all time.
