Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000
OTE: £40,000+
Location: Reepham

A globally renowned Manufacturer of ingredients for the FMCG industry have recently had a role open up for a Maintenance Engineer within their Manufacturing facility. The company pride themselves on providing industry leading training to all of their staff, which makes it one of the best places to work in the area. Our client is a market leading manufacturer of ingredients, and supplies to all major supermarkets in the UK, meaning the company are incredibly secure and can guarantee lots of opportunities.

The business provides a stable working environment for thousands of talented individuals and creates a real family environment which is a brilliant ethos to have within the team. As a Maintenance Engineer you will be based in the heart of the manufacturing facility, day to day you will be maintaining various production machinery on site, such as Conveyor Systems, Packaging Machines and Ovens. Due to a cash injection, the site has recently expanded drastically, meaning project work is also an option for the Engineers, the investment also brought about a change to the hierarchy, allowing a much wider structure and giving Engineers a lot more space to move forward in the business, meaning this is a fantastic opportunity.

The Maintenance Engineer will need for this role:

  • A Strong understand of Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance
  • An Engineering Qualification
  • The ability to work Multi-skilled
  • At least 3 years working within a Food Environment
