Well known FM Provider are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to work on static site in West London

Your new company
Well known service provider with a portfolio of prestigious contracts within the UK are looking to add to their on site team an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a commercial client in West London

Your new role
The new role will consist of carrying out the PPMs and reactive maintenance on site including emergency lighting, basic plumbing and HVAC maintenance (changing filters, belts for AHU's and FCU's) Hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with optional weekend overtime available

What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need to have experience in a similar role ideally in a client facing environment. It would also be beneficial to come from a mechanical/plumbing background due to the duties on site. You must also be able to work as part of a team

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000-£33,000 depending on experience which can be further enhanced through overtime available. Also on offer is 23 days holiday (+ bank holidays) and the opportunity to work for a leading FM provider on a very prestigious contract where further training and progression is encouraged
