This advanced and fast paced business works closely with customers in the pharmaceutical industry and are looking to expand their Maintenance team further, hence the reason for this vacancy.
Your new role
You will provide maintenance and breakdown cover across the site where you will be responsible for looking after a range of machinery and equipment. You will be working on both electrical and mechanical components as well as hydraulics and pneumatics. Your role will be divided between PPM and reactive maintenance. Fault finding and rectification will be a key part of your job, as will root cause analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with multi-skilled experience and you will hold the relevant electrical engineering qualifications. You will be a time served apprentice and must have a background in Maintenance Engineering within a manufacturing environment and you will have worked on a range of machinery. It is essential that you are able to work on your own initiative as you will be the sole engineer on this night shift.
