An excellent opportunity has arisen for an electrical bias maintenance engineer to join a stable and expanding company within the South Wales region. Due to vast expansion, they wish to recruit a talented electrically biased maintenance engineer to further strengthen their exciting maintenance engineering team and work on their new machinery and equipment.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Electrical Maintenance of high value production machinery
*Work with PLC systems (no programming required)
*Responsible for carrying out both PPM and breakdowns on machinery
*Working on a variety of equipment such as production lines, conveyor systems etc.
*Drive process improvements within the team
*Work within a high speed environment
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
*Electrical maintenance of production machinery
*Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
*Electrical qualifications strongly preferable
*Willingness to upscale and develop career
*Strong problem solving and fault finding abilities
*Overtime paid at a higher rate
*Various shifts patterns available (permanent nights and continental)
