Our client, a market leading manufacturer, supplying into the Food and Beverage industries has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Planner. Supporting a number of high profile companies, this role offers the opportunity to work for a true market leader and established global brand. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager this role is multi-faceted in nature, involving Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Stock Checks. With progressive training provided my client is always looking to add value to their business by investing heavily in its employees.
*Organising PPM Schedules
*Good electrical and mechanical knowledge
*Ensure customer orders are planned and scheduled to maintain appropriate stock levels and achieve in time delivery
*Working with SAP systems and PPM structures
*Assist in continuous improvement initiatives
*Involvement in improvement in quality, cost and delivery
Skills and Qualifications
*Maintenance Planning/Scheduling Experience
*Planning within a Manufacturing Environment
*Experience of inputting PPM's into a computer system
*NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Engineering Discipline (Desirable)
*Ability to work in a Structured & Methodical Approach
