Maintenance Electrician

Shift Maintenance Electrician - Data Centre / Critical site - West London / Slough - Temporary toPermanent - Up to £18.00 per hour or £38,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in West London. I am currently recruiting for three Shift Maintenance Electricians to work in a critical data centre in West London (Slough) The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G, 17th Edition or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance (Ideally within a critical site; Banking, Financial, Hospital etc. This is a temporary Position, which pays an hourly rate up to £18.00 per hour or £38,000.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following;

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)

Emergency lighting

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

Chillers - Re-set

Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)

UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

Pumps, motors

Hours of work / Shift Pattern

3 Days, 3 Nights, 4 Days off, 4 Days, 6 Days off, 4 Nights, 4 Days off

07:00AM to 19:00pm & 19:00pm to 07:00am

Requirements

Electrically qualified (City & Guilds, Apprenticeship, 17th Edition, NVQ)

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

Immediately available or can start at short notice

Multi-skilled

Good communication skills

Able to pass a security clearance check

Parking available on site
