Our client is a rapidly growing retailer who has over 250 stores throughout the country. Due to continued growth within the business there is an opportunity for a Part Time Facilities Coordinator to join the team.
Location: Near Melton, Hull – Commutable from Hessle, Goole, Market Weighton and surrounding areas
Salary: £12,900 per annum (Full Time Salary £21,500)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week - Thursday, Friday and Saturday
This position will be joining the Facilities helpdesk team, managing a range of plumbing, building fabric and electrical works that are undertaken by the field based Maintenance Team. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager, delivering the planned maintenance and repairs across the stores, ensuring that the maintenance logs and servicing schedules are completed accurately.
You will be responsible for the coordination and job allocation of both in house and external trades as well as ordering supplies and parts from suppliers for the regionally based Maintenance Assistants.
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience within a similar role ideally in the coordination of sub-contractors and in house trades. You will be competent in the use of MS packages and be able to participate in the weekend rota.
