CJ2272 Maintenance Control Manager
£37k - £45k + up to 20% bonus + benefits (including car or car allowance)
A vital role leading the technical services team in a high profile fleet services company. Your role will involve driving maintenance & recharge costs down, by the ongoing analysis of all fleet costs and implementing actions to mitigate these. You will also work with 3rd party suppliers to ensure standards are exceeded, develop improvements and lead/coach your team to deliver an efficient and effective operational service.
You will need to have knowledge of vehicle mechanics and be qualified to Level 3 City & Guilds (or equivalent), with excellent planning and organisational skills. You will need to be a strong leader and have previous experience of managing a technical team, as well as excellent customer service & communication skills. You can evidence how your coaching based management style enables both individuals and teams and adds value to both clients and the company.
