Harvey McQueen are pleased to be asked to recruit on behalf of our client who is looking to set up a new Customer Service help desk for a prestigious retail client taking inbound business to business calls reporting faults in stores across the UK. This is a 12 months temp to perm contract to start as soon as possible.

The role of the Customer Service Advisory is to greet the customer on the telephone in a professional, friendly and helpful manner taking full details of any faults that has occurred on site.

The adviser will input the full details into the Customer Relationship management system giving each fault a ticket number. You will keep your customer informed of the next stage of the process offering help and support where appropriate and re-directing calls that are not in your control to other areas of the business support team.

You will deliver customer service at the highest level being polite and helpful at all times. Your objective is to ensure that all fault reporting and faults are dealt with in the agreed amount of time and above the required level of service.

This is a Monday to Friday role and is for a 12 month period which may lead to a permanent role in the future.

Full training will be given.

We are looking for previous experience of dealing with customers in a customer service environment working on the telephones.

Additionally you will have excellent IT skills, a good level of spelling and grammar and a reliable and trustworthy nature.

The ability to work as part of a small team of three and appreciate the value of delivering an outstanding level of customer service.

You should expect to receive compliments daily on your manner and professionalism. The customer is extremely important and you should be a natural at providing outstanding customer service each time every time to the internal and external customers.

This role offers a good salary, Monday to Friday office hours, 25 days holiday and Bank Holidays, Training and a long term position which could turn into a permanent role in the future. 12 month contract.
