Maintenance Co-Ordinator

An opportunity has just come available for a Maintenance Co-Ordinator to be working on a permanent basis in Gainsborough.

The Maintenance Co-ordinator will be working for a well-established FMCG manufacturing business and would be responsible for directly managing a team of 10 maintenance engineers.

Maintenance Co-Ordinator Duties and Responsibilities Include:

*Responsible for a team of 10 engineers
*Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager
*Establishing priorities for the team.
*Ensuring PPM requirements are achieved both timely and effectively
*Supporting the Engineering Manager to prepare an effective engineering plan to meet operational requirements
*People and performance monitoring of the engineers.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

*Apprentice trained within Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
*Worked as a Maintenance Engineer previously
*Experience of managing Maintenance Engineers
*Worked in a FMCG environment

Working Hours: Monday-Friday - Days - flexible (40 hours between the hours of 7am and 5.30pm
