I am looking for a Magento Developer to work within a Retail and Manufacturing Company based in Worcester.

The responsibilities of the role is to work on their eCommerce platform which is built on Magento. They are moving their platform over to Java/SAP but need someone to maintain the existing solution for the meantime and help in the transition over. Ideally the role will be for a developer to look after the Magento Development for the first 12 months or so, so will offer a fixed term contract. However, there is a permanent opportunity there for a developer who would be open to working with Java and SAP after 12 months.

The company are a retail and manufacturing company who developer consumer electronics, based in Worcester, near Junction 6 of the M5. They are going through a period of rapid growth and looking for a Developer to be responsible for assisting and providing architectural leadership across a suite of products, off the shelf business systems, a configurable back office and ecommerce sites. It would be working closely alongside the digital designers and developing creative concepts into fully functioning working models, the role will form a strong link between the creative department and IT department on all digital creative projects.
