The role would suit someone with a background in CNC setting and operating. Previous experience supervising a team is key but any skill gaps will be trained on if needed. Day to day you will supervise a team of 5 within a fast pace workshop, you will liaise with the Production Manager to ensure work is handed out and targets are met.
