The Company:

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected company based in the Hartlepool area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long-term position.

MTrec are currently looking for people to start within the next 7 working days, please do not apply if you are unable to start work within that period.

The Role:

  • Attend pre shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead
  • Report any issues which may occur during shift back to team leaders
  • Overseeing a chemical process that involves feeding circuit boards through a series of baths and chemical washes.
  • Monitoring machinery to ensure smooth operation throughout the production process.
  • Maintaining quality control and adherence to safety standards.
  • Working in an environment with strong chemical smells.
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting duties, follow companies’ strict health and safety procedures

The Person:

  • Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract
  • A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
  • Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
  • Someone with a can-do attitude
  • Must be flexible with shifts as will be expected to work overtime
  • Experience in Hygiene roles

The Benefits:

The Hours:

  • 08:00am to 16:00pm

Moving onto

  • 06:00am to 14:00pm / 14:00pm to 22:00pm

The Pay:

  • £11.44 on Day Shift
  • £13.16 on Back Shift
