My client is a leading FM Company with a long term contract working in the South Central Region. They are currently looking for an M&E Surveyor to join their team based in Warminster. As the M&E Surveyor you will be responsible for carrying out detailed surveys of M&E systems, equipment and plant, identifying defects and possible proposals for repair. You will be responsible for advising on health and safety aspects of the buildings.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
*Inspecting all M&E Assets on site
*Preparing reports and surveys including reviewing planned and reactive maintenance records and condition surveys
*Advising the teams on all works required to meet current legislation/standards
*Manage and schedule survey works in line with the Lifecycle plans
*Provide assistance with the estimation of projects and scope of works
*All other duties as reasonably required

You must have a proven working background as an M&E Surveyor or similar and be qualified to HNC/HND level or equivalent with relevant M&E qualifications.

It would be an advantage to hold a professional membership (RICS etc.).

You must have experience in the following:
*Surveying capabilities to support change and lifecycle plans
*Analysis of survey information
*Health & Safety
*Up to date knowledge of legislation and standards
