M&E engineer for construction company

Construction company based in North London is looking for an M&E engineer with experience in UK construction to join their team.

The role will involve working on a range of interesting refurbishment and new built projects mainly across residential and retail sectors. The position is available for someone with an engineering degree in mechanical & electrical building services and knowledge of the UK Industry Standards.
Your responsibilities as an M&E specialist will include designing and preparation of technical specification and drawings of M&E services i.e.
- ventilation extract and MVHR
- air conditioning
- comfort cooling
- heating
- domestic water services
- drainage
- small power & lighting
- fire alarm, etc
All in accordance with current guidelines, standards and regulations.
It is essential that you are experienced user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software. You must be a good communicator, able to work to a deadline and cooperate well with the rest of the team and feel confident when participating in business meetings with clients and associates. Ideal candidate will have experience in M&E design for construction industry and will be able to demonstrate and apply in practice their professional knowledge and skills.
