An established main contractor based in Lisburn with regional offices across the UK and Ireland, who specialise in the healthcare, education and leisure construction sectors.

Your new role
As an M&E Coordinator you will manage contractors through the implementation stage of projects, advising on M&E contractors' quality, safety and environmental plans. You will assist with valuing final accounts, M&E costs, payments and variations Provide regular project reports to the senior site project management

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical building services knowledge and come from a trades contracting or design consultancy background. Ideally you will have large commercial or industrial project management experience. Candidates must be willing to work on projects across the UK.
