M&E Contracts Manager to Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance
Circa 60k, van, large organisation benefits.
Based in East London and Essex

Experienced Gas biased Contract Manager required for a large organisation, ideally with a background starting in domestic gas maintenance, with demonstrable experience in delivering on social housing maintenance contracts. This large organisation is looking for a proven contracts manager to work closely with a regional Director and an established team of trades and support staff to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of various contracts and to make sure the highest level of customer satisfaction are attained consistently, whilst ensuring the service delivered achieves agreed levels of profitability across several different contract in the East London and Essex area.

Key Skills required:
Gas ACS Qualifications and ideally electrical a strong understanding
Understanding of all principles within contract management.
The ability to adapt to busy workload
Ability to prioritise to meet an ever changing schedule and demands
Strong management skills and the ability to motivate a team at all levels
Experience within a result driven business
Ability to be innovative and creative to resolve complex issues
Knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
