The Client

This is an opportunity to work with a leading Mid Market Tier 3 firm that prides itself on delivering effective, practical solutions to meet its' clients objectives. This client has a long standing reputation for delivering sound legal advice to a range of its' prestigious clients that operate both on a multi-jurisdictional as well as leading national basis.

The Opportunity

The mergers and acquisitions team advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including intricate multi-jurisdictional cross border deals for global corporations to the sale of shares of owner managed businesses for private individuals. The team uses smaller partner led transaction teams that pay particular attention to providing the highest standards in transaction management and client service.

What is needed for me to be considered?

  • 3 - 5 years PQE
  • Previously worked with a reputable regional firm or city Law firm
  • A proven track record and evidential achievement and progression within their previous positions
  • A keen attitude to grow and progress a career in Merger and Acquisitions with a highly reputable law firm
