An exciting opportunity to join the London office of one of the UK's largest business advisory firms in their Life Sciences M&A team.

An Assistant Manager / Manager's primary responsibility will be the delivery of projects on a day-to-day basis, and to build sustainable and profitable external and internal client relationships. Having a good understanding of, and experience in, the field of corporate finance for buy-side and sell-side work, involving public and private companies, owner-managed businesses and private equity houses is essential. This role will be very much focused on the Life Sciences sector so any prior knowledge & experience or desire to work in this sector would be advantageous.

An ideal candidate will be an industry experienced professional with a thorough working knowledge of sell-side and buy-side corporate finance activities. In addition, a candidate must also possess strong analytical skills, along with an excellent academic background (a 2.1 or higher undergraduate degree along with an ACA / ACCA qualification or equivalent is desirable).
