Luxury Spa Sales Executive

As a result we are excited to announce that we have recently opened our second site in Brighton and are on the lookout for talented sales / reservations agents to join our highly successful Luxury Spa booking / sales team. This is an exciting and incredibly fast-paced role as part of an award-winning team, with great opportunities for progression and high earning potential.

As a Spa Sales / Reservations agent you will be working with warm enquiries that have been received via our website as well as incoming calls. You will be liaising between customers and high-end luxury venues to book all elements of a customer’s spa break, from treatments to fine-dining. You will be part of a high-performing, vibrant and fun sales team who work very closely with each other and you will have the opportunity to work with an amazing luxury product.

We are looking for passionate, talented and target driven salespeople. You will need to be naturally sales oriented, love working to overachieve targets but also have a passion for delivering a great customer experience, as customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We offer tangible progression and personal development as well as a great commission structure and an amazing working environment. As such we are looking for permanent staff who are looking to build a career in luxury travel sales.

What’s in it for you?

  • £18,000 basic salary (rises to £20k after 6 month probation) + Uncapped earnings (Average OTE c£26k) top performers can earn at least double their salary
