My client is a well-established, luxury menswear retailer who requires a Full time and Part time Sales Assistant to join the team in their Oxford store on a permanent basis.
You will be working in the menswear department, serving and advising customers with their purchases, maximising sales, and providing a very high quality of customer service. You may also get involved in measuring customers for bespoke tailoring needs.
Full time Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Saturday (1 day off during week on a rota basis)
Part time Hours: 15 hours per week, 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Friday and Saturday only.
Salary: £16,000 - £20,000 per annum (pro rata) plus bonus and excellent benefits, dependent upon experience.
Location: Oxford High Street
You will have at least 2 years’ experience in the retail sector ideally working with a luxury retailer in the fashion, tailoring or menswear sector. You must be well presented with strong, clear communication skills and have a passion for providing high quality customer service. You will also have a flexible and proactive approach to your work.
