Luxury Online Retail Customer Service Advisor - Contact Centre

We are delighted to be supporting a brand-new client who are a growing, online retailer who are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team in London.
As a Customer Service Executive, it will be your responsibility to handle customer enquiries through the use of telephone, email and live chat. You will exceed customers' expectations by delivering the highest standard of customer experience. You will support all aspects of the processing and packaging journey from product queries, interior design advice and aftersales care as well as processing customer returns and exchanges.
To Be successful:
- 3 years' experience within a contact centre
- Online retail experience
- High end / luxury brand experience preferred
Working hours: Monday - Friday 0830 - 1730
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
