Salary: £8.08 - £8.88 per hour depending on qualifications and experience

Working and sharing meals with students, your role as a Lunchtime Assistant will entail being a
member of a multidisciplinary team helping to support and encourage students to develop and maintain
social skills and relationships within the house community; helping them to achieve personal
development targets. You will have a calm and patient disposition, highly effective communication skills
and be unfazed by challenging behaviour.

or have Special Education Needs is advantageous but not essential as we are looking for people with
enthusiasm and empathy for our students
